Moving to Self is a conscious movement practice led by curiosity, creativity, and inspired music. In a deeply held space, where self and other hold witness, we intentionally return to the present moment, strengthening our connection to Self.
Playing with invitations to investigate body, breath and space, we cultivate present moment awareness. Moving between our inner dance and the outer landscape, we engage in the dynamic quality of relationship with Self, other and community. Through exploration, we discover freedom, clarity, aliveness and ease. Ultimately arriving home in our true Self.
