Active Presence: A Movement Lab w/ Sarah and Sakshi — Golden Well Farm & Apiaries

Join Sarah Brutzman and Sakshi Keeton on September 22 for an afternoon of movement exploration in a beautiful natural setting at*

Through guided perceptual exercises and facilitated free movement, we will dive deeply into our creative moving selves, expanding our sense of who we are as physical beings. Investigation will center around connecting with the body’s innate intelligence, exploring ways of enhancing our ability to allow unlearned ways of knowing to surface and discovering what we can experience about ourselves and others as both simple and complex movers.

All Souls Interfaith Gathering, 291 Bostwick Farm Rd., Shelburne
Saturday September 14th
Full Moon Movement is a time to dance our darkness and our light, and to allow the freedom of the evening to unfold together. There is a warmup, a sacred circle at 7, often ritual and live music, and a playlist within the theme of the moon. The dance begins rooted in intention, into flowing, staccato, chaos and eventually release into lyrical, ending in stillness and rooted back into our body’s wisdom.
