Full Moon Movement is a time to dance our darkness and our light, and to allow the freedom of the evening to unfold together. There is a warmup, a sacred circle at 7, often ritual and live music, and a playlist within the theme of the moon. The dance begins rooted in intention, into flowing, staccato, chaos and eventually release into lyrical, ending in stillness and rooted back into our body’s wisdom.

We have the power in ourselves to potentially generate deep healing and transformation. By diving in and moving our bodies in ways that support inquiry into feelings and emotions, we open the space for these to be expressed. Join us and feel the liberation of a movement experience which offers freedom and release.
